Veggie Pizza







 




2 large packages crescent rolls (the
 kind in the tube)         

1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonaisse

1 package dry "Good Seasons"
Italian salad dressing mix

Your choice in vegetables (my favorites below):

chopped broccoli

shredded carrots

thinly sliced celery

minced onions


Open up the tubes of crescent rolls and lay flat on one or two cookie sheets.  Bake at 325 degrees until lightly golden, 8-11 minutes.  Cool completely.  Mix together cream cheese, mayo and dry salad dressing.  Spread on cooled crust.  Top with finely chopped veggies.  Cut into small squares and serve.
